Delivery timelines depend on customer location, courier availability, public holidays, weather, and other operational factors. Same-day delivery may be available in select Nairobi locations but is not guaranteed.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are confirmed before dispatch and may vary by location, courier, product size, and urgency. Customers are responsible for delivery fees unless a promotion states otherwise.

Collection Option

Customers may collect orders from Mac'sPhoneStore after payment and availability are confirmed. Please carry order confirmation or identification where required.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails because the customer is unavailable, provides an incorrect address, or does not respond to the courier, additional delivery charges may apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Customers should inspect the product upon delivery. Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported as soon as possible with photos, order details, and the delivery confirmation.

Tracking and Communication

Delivery updates are shared through WhatsApp, phone call, SMS, email, or courier tracking where available. Customers should keep their contact details accurate until delivery is complete.
