Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing any product or service from Mac'sPhoneStore, the customer agrees to these terms and any product-specific terms shared during the transaction.

Products

Brand new phones are supplied in original packaging and covered by manufacturer warranty where applicable. Used, EX US, or EX UK phones are sold as pre-owned devices, and their condition and specifications must be disclosed before purchase.

Payment

All prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES). Full payment is required before delivery or collection unless Mac'sPhoneStore confirms otherwise in writing.

• Accepted payment methods include Cash, M-Pesa, Bank Transfer, and Card Payments.
• Orders may be paused or cancelled if payment cannot be verified.
• Prices and availability may change before payment is confirmed.

Warranty

Brand new phones are covered by manufacturer warranty where applicable. Used phones are covered by a 6-month limited warranty for functional defects only. Warranty excludes accidents, water exposure, misuse, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, and accessories unless stated.

Returns & Refunds

New phones may be returned within 7 days only if unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Used phones may be returned within 48 hours only if a verified undisclosed defect exists. Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days.

Repairs

Repairs outside warranty are charged at applicable service rates. Mac'sPhoneStore is not responsible for issues caused by third-party repairs, unauthorized modifications, or parts supplied by another provider.

Data Responsibility

Customers must back up and remove personal data before repair, exchange, trade-in, or warranty service. Mac'sPhoneStore accepts no liability for data loss or corruption.

Limitation of Liability

Mac'sPhoneStore is not responsible for network issues, manufacturer software updates, data loss, misuse, negligence, unauthorized repairs, or external factors beyond its control.

Account and Order Accuracy

Customers must provide accurate names, phone numbers, delivery details, payment confirmations, and product choices. Mac'sPhoneStore is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Product Availability

Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after inquiry, Mac'sPhoneStore may suggest an alternative product or issue an approved refund where payment has already been made.

Trade-In Terms

Trade-in values depend on model, condition, storage, battery health, accessories, market demand, and inspection results. Mac'sPhoneStore may decline a trade-in if the device condition differs from the information provided.

Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, images, page layouts, and brand materials belong to Mac'sPhoneStore or their respective owners and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any dispute should first be handled through direct communication with Mac'sPhoneStore.

Changes to Terms

Mac'sPhoneStore may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies from the listed update date.
